1. Terms and Conditions
By placing an order or submitting a quote request on this website, you agree that all online orders are subject to final review by Unalilia Packaging Wholesale before final acceptance, payment capture, production, packing, or shipment.
Product availability, carton quantity, shipping method, destination address, freight conditions, customs requirements, product compatibility, customization requirements, and pricing accuracy may affect final order acceptance.
An online order does not become a final confirmed order until Unalilia Packaging Wholesale has reviewed and accepted the order details.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or request further confirmation for any order if there are stock issues, freight issues, destination restrictions, compatibility concerns, pricing errors, website errors, or other order review issues.
Product Information
We try to keep product information, specifications, carton quantities, prices, images, and descriptions accurate. However, product details may be updated without prior notice. Final order details are subject to confirmation before acceptance.
Custom Orders
Custom logo printing, labeling, shrink sleeves, custom bottle colors, mold development, decoration, and other customized packaging services require separate review and confirmation. Custom orders may have minimum order quantity requirements and production limitations.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Unalilia Packaging Wholesale, all online orders are subject to final order review before payment capture, production, packing, or shipment.
Credit Card Orders and Manual Capture
For credit card orders, payment may be authorized at checkout and captured only after order review. This means your card may be authorized first, but the final charge will be captured after we confirm that the order can be accepted.
If an order cannot be accepted due to stock availability, freight issues, destination restrictions, pricing errors, product compatibility concerns, or other order review issues, we may cancel the order and release the authorization or issue a refund if payment has already been captured.
Cancellation Before Payment Capture
Customers may request to cancel an order before payment capture or before final order confirmation. If the payment has only been authorized and not captured, the authorization will be released according to the payment provider’s processing rules.
Please note that card authorization release times are controlled by the card issuer or payment provider and may vary by bank.
Cancellation After Payment Capture
If payment has already been captured, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on order status. Orders that have not entered production, customization, packing, freight booking, or shipment may be eligible for cancellation and refund.

Custom Orders
Custom logo printing, labeling, shrink sleeve, custom bottle color, mold development, and other customized packaging orders cannot be cancelled once production or material preparation has started.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and payment method.
Payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other third-party transaction charges may not be refundable depending on the payment provider’s rules.
3. Shipping Policy
Shipping options shown on this website are based on selected product options and estimated logistics conditions. Final shipping acceptance is subject to freight review, destination address, customs requirements, carrier schedule, carton measurement confirmation, and order details.
Air Freight and Sea Freight
Some products may include air freight or sea freight options as part of the selected product option. Air freight is generally faster and suitable for urgent orders, sample kits, trial orders, or emergency replenishment. Sea freight is generally more cost-effective for bulk orders, but delivery time is longer.
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary due to destination country, customs clearance, carrier schedule, holidays, weather, remote area surcharges, or other logistics factors.
Final Freight Review
Even if shipping is shown as included or free at checkout, the final order is still subject to review. If the destination address, carton volume, product quantity, or shipping condition creates a significant freight issue, we may contact the customer to confirm updated shipping details before accepting the order.
Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations, customs clearance requirements, product usage requirements, and any applicable duties, taxes, or destination charges.
4. Product Compatibility Policy
For fragrance oil, diffuser refill, cosmetic, chemical, or formula-based applications, product compatibility testing is required before bulk orders.
PET, HDPE, PP, glass, caps, liners, seals, labels, and decorations may react differently depending on the customer’s formula, solvent system, fragrance concentration, essential oil content, alcohol content, surfactants, storage temperature, filling method, and transportation conditions.
Unalilia Packaging is not responsible for leakage, deformation, collapse, discoloration, chemical reaction, label failure, cap failure, liner failure, or other product issues caused by untested formulas or incompatible contents.
We strongly recommend sample testing before bulk orders, especially for fragrance oils, essential oil blends, high-citrus formulas, high-solvent formulas, high-concentration formulas, or chemically active contents.
5. Payment and Order Review
Credit card payments may be authorized at checkout and manually captured only after order review. The appearance of an online payment authorization does not mean that the order has been finally accepted.
If customers choose bank transfer or payment after order review, no payment is required at checkout. Our team will review the order and send payment instructions only if the order can be accepted.
Please do not send bank transfer payment until our team confirms the order details and provides final payment instructions.
