How to Select a Refill Bottle
- Confirm the machine reservoir, connector and available installation space.
- Choose capacity according to fragrance consumption and refill frequency.
- Review the complete neck finish and required closure or connection system.
- Consider filling, sealing, labeling, handling and storage processes.
- Validate the bottle and closure with the actual fragrance formula and equipment.
Neck Finish and Closure Matching
The 20ml format uses an 18/410 neck and the selected 120ml and 500ml formats use 28/410. Matching the neck designation does not by itself confirm sealing or equipment compatibility. Review the complete bottle, cap, liner and connector specification.
Formula and Filled-Package Testing
Fragrance formulations and operating conditions differ. Before production, test the intended formula in the selected bottle and closure system, including filling, application torque, storage orientation, handling, transport and use with the target scent machine.
